The Street Outreach Team carries out wellness checks on unhoused members of our community and provides them with harm reduction supplies, warm clothing, sleeping bags/blankets, sandwiches and snacks, and helps with camp cleanups. We work with our street population to help find other shelters and connect them with the Ministry and Housing Facilitator.
