About the Program
The Kootenay United Drivers Program provides transportation to residents of the West Kootenay region to attend medical and social/recreational appointments. Clients are matched with driver volunteers, and pay a portion of the travel costs associated with their trip.
Eligibility Requirements
60+, residing in Nakusp, the Slocan Corridor, Castlegar, Trail, Nelson, Warfiled, Rossland, Fruitvale and Montrose.
